Analysis of the labor market in the construction sector

This bachelor thesis analyzes the labor market in construction. The theoretical part deals with the construction company, the labor market and work in construction. It describes the remuneration and specifics of the construction company, characterizes the labor market, state employment policy and the causes and effects of the situation on the labor market in construction and also deals with foreign workers. The practical part acquires a real overview of the situation in practice through a questionnaire survey, which is refined by interviews with specific companies. In general, the practical part deals with how construction companies evaluate the situation on the labor market and how this situation affects them.

This master thesis is about human capital resourcing. The goal of this thesis is to make process of resourcing human capital in the company Red Hat Czech more effective. In the analysis part of the work the current status of the company process is evaluated from three perspectives: strategic aspects, recruitment and adaptation. New solutions based on investigated information and theoretical knowledge are designed. These solutions should help the company to hire desired number of employees with expected qualities in qualified time.

The Study of Employment Athletic Clubs of Brno

This bachelor thesis deals with employment in athletic clubs in Brno. First explains the basic concepts. After the thesis is focused on the specification of individual athletic clubs. There are discussed qualifications for particular positions, as well as financial security professional athletes and coaches in clubs. This part is followed guestionnaire survey and its evaluation. In the last part of the thesis, suggestions for improvement in employment and quality of work through continuing education of sports clubs.

Job opportunities for the people with vision disabilities

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of "Employment opportunities for the people with vision disabilities", which is examined theoretically and with the help of empirical research. The main goal of the work is make analysis of work opportunities and possibilities on the protected labor market and to define the factors that have a positive effect on obtaining contact with a potential employer and thus on the potential obtaining and maintenance of employment for people with vision disabilities in the Czech Republic. The work is based on theoretical starting points in the social field of employment of people with vision disabilities according to Bubeníková (2014) or according to O'Reilly (2018), and also on the social health field focused on the description of people with vision disabilities and the blind according to Ludíková (2005) and Novosada (2011) and also from the field of healthcare, specifically ophthalmology. I see this topic as important for improving the integration of disabled people into the labor process of the Czech Republic and improving job offers on the labor market.
